Age around 40 yo
5 years in the similar area, preferred from FMCG
Able to set HR-system up & its implementation
Focus on Remuneration, System, Training & Development
Hands-on in the HR information system and its application

2. Manager - Legal (MGR-LEGAL)

S1 Legal or other
Age around 35 yo
3 years in the similar area, preferred from Manufacturing industry
Hands-on legal & its implications
Broad-minded in private and Government networking
Advisory especially in legal & license

3. Assistant Manager - HRD Industrial Relations (AM-IR)

S1 Legal, management or other
Age around 35 yo
3 years in the similar area
Hands-on industrial matters
Broad-minded in private and Government networking
Advisory especially in labors

4. Supervisor - HRD Training (SPV-TRAINING)

S1 Management, Engineering or other
Age around 35 yo
3 years in the similar area, preferred from FMCG
Hands-on training needs analysis-evaluation & its applications
Excellent in setting up & delivering training modules
Broad-minded in networking & sourcing of people development
Advisory especially in people development areas

5. Supervisor - HRD Remuneration (SPV-REMUNERATION)

S1 Management or other
Age around 35 yo
3 years in the similar area
Hands-on C & B systems and its implementation
Well-informed in 3P’ application
Conducting salary survey & job grading
