1. General Services Coordinator (GSC)

Job Description :

• Control and coordinate activities in General Services
• Handle procurement process
• Handle office supplies & facilities management

Requirement :

• Male, 27-35 yo
• Bachelor (any major) from reputable university and with min GPA 2.75
• Minimum 3 years experience in General Affairs
• Understand procurement and supplies management
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English, both oral or written

2. Personnel Services Staff (PSS)

Job Description :

• Payroll
• Support Shared Service
• Support SOX Project
• Assist Personnel Services Coordinator

Requirement :

• Male, 25-30 yo
• Bachelor from Management or Business Administration from reputable university and with min GPA 2.75
• Minimum 2 years experience in personnel administration and payroll
• Understand Income Tax article 21
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English, both oral or written
