1. Spv HRD

* Male/Female, min age26-31 years
* Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from a reputable university
* Familiar with personnel matters such as labor organization, industrial relation, recruitment, selection, training, education etc
* Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and conflict resolutions
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* Able to work and communicate with multinational representatives
* Ability to work under pressure
* 3-5 years working experience in similar position
* In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and industrial relation

2. Asst. Spv. HRD

* Female, min age 24-26 years old
* Hold Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable universities
* Used to handle mass recruitment and making psychological assessment
* Good interviewing and communication skill
* 2-3 years working experience in similar position
* Flexible, dynamic and able to work under pressure
