As the NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - FOODSTORES, you will take charge on developing the modern Foodstores segments i.e: Modern Wholesalers, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Mini Markets and convenience stores through the implementation of defined packaging and pricing strategies, innovative volume driving programs together with superiors in-outlets sales execution and service level, the incumbent would be expedient to manage direct reporting to the National Foodstores Manager.

1. National Key Account Manager - Foodstores

Responsibilities:

* In this function, you will be in charge for the following chores:

o Developing and establishing a credible and professional Account Management and Execution Management Service representing a total foodstore department on behalf of the Coca-Cola System
o Driving a disciplined and relevant process for customer business development planning which include annual trading term agreement, customer business reviews, and In-store execution
o Managing the advertising budget for specific customer and total foodstore and proposing alternatives to enhance spending effectively
o Supporting the National Foodstore Manager to initiate a tailor made promotion program and in liaison with Trade Marketing Manager to create national promotion initiatives
o Developing Key Account & Execution Performance Tracking reports for the Modern Channel Group Manager & Senior Managements review
o Providing a comprehensive training and people development plan for functions in each level of foodstore organization

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor’s (S1) Degree, preferably from top universities in Indonesia
* Minimum five (5) years experience in both Key Account Management and Execution Management, preferably with sufficient exposures in handling significant account(s) for nation-wide
* Having a sufficient understanding of modern channels (such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets) concept and business framework
* Having a good understanding of financial principles and analysis
* Proficient English communication skill, both written and verbal, is a must

2. Technical Solutions Specialist – DC Arete

Responsibilities:

* The principal accountabilities are as follows :

o Design, develop, and maintain technical solution/business applications particularly in Java and Windows platform and its integration with other platforms according to designed specifications and CCBI development standards
o Establish and maintain documentation of system parameters, program and database specification of the implemented business application system
o Provide support, analysis and problem resolution related to applications, program, and database that have been escalated to the group, and those of after hour support
o Work with and provide supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements
o Continually maintain and improve competence and knowledge in the area of mobile computing applications, keeping abreast of current development and trends in assigned areas of expertise

Requirements:

* Graduate degree from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
* Good communication skill in English
* Good common sense in understanding of relevant business issue related to scope of applications
* Good work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments
* Reliable, proactive, open, honest and co-operative
* A minimum of 2 years hands-on development in the area of distributed computing using C/C++, VB, VB.NET, C# and .NET framework, with strong knowledge of distributed computing infrastructure

3. Technical Solutions Specialist – Distributed Computing
(Jakarta Raya - Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

* The principal accountabilities are as follows :

o Design, develop, and maintain technical solution/business applications particularly in Java and Windows platform and its integration with other platforms according to designed specifications and CCBI development standards
o Establish and maintain documentation of system parameters, program and database specification of the implemented business application system

* Strong knowledge in mobile operating systems and development environments (such as Java ME, .NET compact framework, Phyton); interface development for mobile devices and dealing with different input modalities; wireless messaging fundamentals (push and pull), messaging services (short message service and multimedia messaging service), and their implementations
* Relevant developer certification is a distinct advantage
* Exposure to a multi platform environment and the integration area among them
* Exposure to business process around sales and distribution
* A minimum of 4 years in hands-on development of Business Intelligence applications with extensive understanding of Business Intelligence framework (ETL, Metadata Management, Data Warehousing & Data Mart, Business Performance Management) and architectures
* Strong knowledge in Oracle - Hyperion development environments (such as Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Analyzer & Hyperion Planning) and their implementations and administrations, and/or knowledge in Oracle - Hyperion System 9 would be great advantage
* Fluent in Oracle Data Warehouse development environments (such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Informatica & DataStage) and their implementations and administrations.
* Knowledge in web application development (such as HTML, JSP & JavaScript), and Web Application Server architecture
* Posses a rich programming/development background (such as Oracle PL/SQL, Visual Basic & Perl)

4. Treasury Accounting

Responsibilities:

* In your capacity as the Treasury Accounting, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

o Monitor daily position report to understand companies Treasury transactions settlement and ensure proper position
o Review bank account reconciliation result and follow up with FX analyst and Cash Management Analyst to resolve un reconciled items
o Advise and discuss transactions having significant impact exposure on profit & loss
o Ensuring month end closing process are done properly, reflecting all treasury activity position and meeting the given month end closing schedule
o Liaise with GFA on all aspects of accounting requirement and conformity
o Provide all reports and/or statements required by central bank regulation
o Ensuring contract details in our Treasury system matches with confirmation advices issued by banking counterparties
o Prepare, run settlement process and obtain appropriate settlement approval in Treasury system and up load to Electronic Banking system and dispatch to appropriate bank account authorized signers
o Monitor and advise accounts payable on any overdue settlements

Requirements:

* The candidate should have minimum S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting or other Finance area
* Excellent work management and communication skill both verbal and written in English and Indonesian
* Should demonstrate a good common sense in understanding of relevant business nature, highlighting every financial consequences of business nature and the ability to apply the proper accounting entries based on the GAAP
* Should have an excellent work management skill in establishing a course of action to accomplish goals, planning proper schedule and keeping track of achievement progress
* Able to accurately check the process and result of tasks
* Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
* Be reliable person, proactive and co-operative
* Able to maintain stable performance under pressure
* The candidate preferable have at least 3 years working experience in other companies after completing university or at least 5 years experience in CCBI finance organization
* Having experiences in participating, implementation and support of business application such as ORACLE and ELECTRONIC BANKING will be advantage

5. National Occupational Health & Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

* In charge for pivotal position in Human Resources realm, the successful candidate would be required to be on his / her toes in terms of:

o Ensuring health and safety company requirements are implemented and maintained
o Liaise at all levels within the operation to identify and resolve key occupational health and safety issues
o Advice management on the effects on the Occupational Health and Safety system of any policy, procedure or system alteration
o Providing information and advice to management on safety and health issues
o Inspecting company facilities, sites and projects to detect existing potential accident and health hazard, determine corrective and preventive actions where indicated and follow up to ensure actions have been complied with
o Ensuring safety awareness is an integral part of annual and business planning
o Conducting and reviewing risk assessment activities with a focus on identifying and pursuing risk reduction opportunities
o Supporting departments and functions in the management of incident and accident reporting and investigations and evidence for the company’s use in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigation
o Compiles and submits accident reports required by statutory authorities
o Promoting the understanding of safety, health and risk assessment in the workplace
o Monitoring safety standards, regulation and legislation and best practice in occupational health and safety
o Providing information, signs, posters, barriers and other materials to warn of hazardous or potential hazardous work environments
o With all team members, to ensure continual improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety

Requirements:

* Holding Bachelor’s (S1) Degree majoring in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
* A minimum of 5 (five) years experience in related area
* Preferably with certification in OHS Expert (Man Power Ministry) and/or with Auditor qualification in OH & S
* Has knowledge of Indonesian OH & S regulations, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Accident Investigation
* Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written
* Possess strong leadership and analytical skills
