1. Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing - Business Banking
Responsibilities:
* Delivering Commercial Banking’s customer growth through direct acquisition.
* Maximize Commercial Banking’s revenues by widening the customer base and
wallet share.
* Ensure that risks are properly assessed and controlled and at the same time
delivering high quality of customer service.
* Maintain vast knowledge and update on competitors products and pricing.
* Contribute to the personal development.
Requirements:
* Possess Bachelor degree in any related discipline from a reputable local /
overseas university.
* Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in sales management, preferably from
banking or other financial service industries.
* Must have good knowledge of banking products (trade finance, cash management
and treasury) and procedures.
* Must have good sales coordination skill, with abilities to motivate and guide
a team of direct sales agents to achieve target.
* Must have excellent interpersonal and customer presentation skills (including
the use of Power Point and system demos).
* Must be a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and self motivated.
* Proficiency in English is a must, in both verbal and written.
2. Sales Officer - Consumer Finance (SOCF Jakarta Region)
Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to lead and monitor direct sales team in order
to achieve branch sales target.
Requirements:
* Possess a Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales force management,
preferably in finance / banking, insurance or retail industry.
* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Must have sales driven, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and
service oriented.
* Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing orientation and
drive to succeed.
* Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
* Must have a command of English, both verbal and written.
3. Credit Officer - Consumer Finance (COCF Jakarta Region)
Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to supervise the processing of Consumer
Finance loan applications and responsible for the overall portfolio quality of
the branch.
Requirements:
* Possess a Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a credit analyst in
micro-banking / commercial loans.
* Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Must have a strong customer service skill and pay close attention to detail.
* Must demonstrate a strong leadership skill and a high degree of integrity.
* Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility and drive to succeed.
* Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
4. AM HR Outregion - Semarang (HR-SEM)
Responsibilities:
* The Jobholder is responsible to manage recruitment / sourcing, employee
relations, talent and performance management and as “one stop services“ for
HR matters in the branches.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in any related
discipline with outstanding achievements and GPA minimum 2,75.
* Must have minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment, Training and Payroll.
* Having knowledge on UU 13/2003 and Employee Relation are preferred.
* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skill.
* Willing to travel frequently and be located at outgerion city.
* Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written.
5. AM HR Outregion - Medan (HR-MDN)
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
* To manage Jakarta casual leasing team and location to secure annual target
given by Bank.
* To manage cost and budget which deliver to the Direct Sales Agency channel,
and also Third Party Sales Agencies.
* To monitor competitor movements which may influence team or Direct Sales
Agency performance.
Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor degree from local / overseas university majoring in any
related discipline.
* Possess at least 1 year total experience in cards / sales product.
* Having good relation and network with many exhibition EOs, malls, building
management will be an advantage.
* Must have strong motivation and good presentation skill.
* Must have high competence in managing large team and high involvement in team
work.
* Background in marketing / sales in banking product will be a plus point.
* Must be highly proficient in English both verbal and written.
* Must be computer literate.
8. Corporate Call Center
Responsibilities:
* Manage Corporate Call Center (CCC) to achieve excellent & professional
customer services with the highest level of efficiency and service level to
ultimately contribute to the overall profitability of the bank.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service or
equivalent.
