An International mining service company is seeking skilled, experienced, and qualified professionals for the following position:

SITE HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

To qualify for the post, the applicants need to have minimum requirements as follows:

1. Bachelor Degree in Management / Economics / Human Resources Management/Psychology
2. Age: Max 35 years old
3. Min 4 years experience in the field (Payroll, General Affair, Jamsostek, Law of labor & Recruitment )
4. Experience in the mining field would be an advantage
5. Having exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
6. English and computer literacy are a must
7. Preference will be given to those who has experience working in field/site on a roster system.
