HR SECTION HEAD

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• S1 / S2 degree major in Psychology / HR Management / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR area holding the same position.
• Good human resources knowledge and background in personnel administration, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, training and people development, industrial relations, and human resources management system and implementing.
• Good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Strong skill in human relation and networking, leadership and communication skill, initiative, self starter and good personality.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task.

INVESTOR RELATIONS STAFF

Requirements:

• Male / female, maximum 25 years old.
• Undergraduate degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance Management, Public Relation, Corporate Secretary.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Good understanding about capital market and public relation skill.
• Good personality and networking, initiative, high motivation and communication skill.

Responsibility:

• Collecting data from internal and external company related to business growth and investor / public relation.
• Preparing financial report analysis.
• Handling materials preparation of company events such as public expose, press release, RUPS, etc.
• Maintain and up date all reports and company website.
• Reporting documents to BEI, Bapepam, Trustee, and another institutions.
