HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensuring the quality of Human Resources Services & deliverables
• Handling all the operational activities of Human Resources at the Head Office level
• Coordinating with HR Managers concerning the manpower management

SELECTION SPECIFICATION:

• S1 degree, preferably majoring in Law or other relevant background.
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Human Resources.
• Having experience in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Manpower Regulation.
• Having experience in compensation & benefit function.
• Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Computer literate.
