HR Manager

Requirements :

• Male / Female, max. 35 years old
• Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, Economics or equivalent
• Have good knowledge about:
  • HR aspects such Recruiting, Compensation & Benefit, Training Management, Organization & People Development, Industrial Relation
  • General Affairs aspects such maintenance building / equipment, risk & security, community development
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource & General Affairs
• Set-up HR&GA systems, policies and procedures for an organization
• Must be creative and good strategic thinking
• Good communication in English (oral & written)
• Willing to be Balaraja, West Tangerang, Banten
