We are a Property Management Company in Indonesia is urgently seeking for positions of:

1. Chief Engineer
2. Legal Manager
3. Assistant Chief Security
4. CAD Draftsmen (for Architect and Civil)

General Requirements

• Max 45 years old for manager/chief level, max 38 years old for assistant chief level, and max 27 years old for staff level
• Holding bachelor degree
• Experience in the same position min. 5 years for manager level, 4 years for assistant manager level, and 1 year for staff level
• Preferably from property/hospitality industry
• Possess strong leadership for assistant chief level above
• Excellent command of English; written and spoken

Specific Requirements

• Knowledgeable of mechanical and utilities systems with the ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions (#1)
• Knowledgeable in legal drafting, agreements and negotiating contracts.
  Having good relationship with government officials. (#2)
• High alertness, proactive, tough and presentable (#3)
• Excellent Autocad skills and a team player (#4)
