CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out
large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations,
transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of
development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and
micro-credit.
CARE in Palangka Raya is currently recruiting the following position for its
project:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (AA-K)
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintenance general administrative for Palangka Raya Office (distribution,
assets, petty cash)
RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
- Completed GRN for all document procurement and all goods from other sub
office to Palangka Raya Office.
- Prepare document for distribution of commodity or goods (Waybill, GRN,
etc.)
- Assisting to distributing goods to program location if needed.
- Reporting to Supervisor and related unit if there’s change or
incompatibility of goods amount.
- Prepare the data of asset up date and reporting to HQ every month and cc
to Supervisor.
- Ensure the asset data have according to PN and FC
- Maintenance Material Receiving Receipt Form and ensure correct fill by the
staff
- Ensure all assets completed data ( property number )
- Arrange goods location in Palangka Raya Office and ensure safety
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness of assets repository.
- Recheck stack card with assets every month in Palangka Raya Office and
every four months recheck to outside Palangka Raya Office.
- Checking Daily Log Driver’s and prepare of analysis fuel consumption and
service. Reporting every month to Supervisor.
- Monitoring dead line vehicle document and arrange the extension
- Handle Petty Cash according to CARE procedure.
- Monitoring electric, water, internet, and Air Conditioning.
- Any other duties that maybe reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education : Min. DIII Economic
- Experience: Min. 2 Years
- Specific technical skills : Familiar with Asset System
