• Male / female, Min. 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
• At least 3 years experience in training, job analysis, job evaluation & organizational development
• Good command in English
• Strong communication skill and analytical
• Must be willing to work in Karawang Barat
