Requirements:
- Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Accounting, Finance,
Taxation, Administration or other related disciplines from reputables
university.
- Possess min. 3 years experiences at similar position in palm oil
plantation and CPO mill industry.
- Great understanding of treasury functions, cash flow management and other
financial activities.
- Has experience to handle full set of accounts, analysis and
reconciliations of financial statement also familiar with accounting
management information system is an advantage.
- Deep understanding and knowledges of tax, such as VAT, SPT & all income
tax.
- Excellent skill of cost realisation report, estate technical and progress
realisation analysis report.
- Possess extensive banking relation (funding) and good proven experience in
banking account officer.
- Good proven experiences to handle administration and clerical jobs.
- Familiar with Ms. Office programs & other proficient related software.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal
supervision.
- Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality.
- Able to function effectively as an individual or team player,
self-motivated and well-organized person.
- Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and attention to
detail person.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an
organization also good command English is a good advantage.

(Software Developer, System Implementer, Network, Server, Database
Administrator, Technical Support)
Requirements:
- Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3.00 majoring in Information Technology,
Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial
- Engineering, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines from
reputables university.
- Possess min. 3 years experiences at similar position in plantation
industry and software house or IT consultant.
- Excellent programming skill in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Oracle Developer
(reporting & database) and Crystal Report.
- Good proven skill in relational database (Ms. SQL Server & oracle) and
various O/S (Windows, LINUX, UNIX).
- Deeply & fully understand one of modeling tools, SDLC, and software
quality assurance.
- Having experience in ERP project implementation is a good advantage
- Strong knowledge and skill in Business Requirement Analysis.
- Great knowledge and experience to plan also execute data migration
(conversion) process from legacy system to new system.
- Good knowledge and skill in system administration such as security
software (antivirus, antispan, antispyware), networking, software installation
and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of LAN/WAN devices, server administrative tools, build
& maintenance of mail server, domain server, etc.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal
supervision.

(Personnel & Payroll, Industrial Relation, Reward & Performance, OD, T&D,
Recruitment & People Development)
Requirements:
- Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3.00 majoring Psychology, Law, HR
Management, Accounting or other related disciplines from reputables
university.
- Possess min. 3 years relevant experience, preferable in palm oil
plantation & CPO mill industry.
- Having experience in personnel management such as Employee Administration,
Personnel Database, Medical/Insurance, Overtime, Leave, etc.
- Highly competent and field tested in all aspect of payroll, including
payroll system, Pph21 taxation, labor law and manpower regulations, Jamsostek
administration and accounting principles.
- Having good Industrial Relation with government such as DepNaKer,
Imigration, Police Dept, Jamsostek, and advanced knowledge in Indonesia Labour
Act or Manpower Regulation also handiness in handling employee relation issues
(employee cases, contracts, outsourching, etc).
- Great understanding of reward management aspects such as current salary
structure review/analyze and job grading ensuring these are competitive within
industry standards as well as provide necessary recommendations to management
based on collated data.
- Good proven skill in Performance, Talent, Career Management of plantation
Industry.
- Excellent OD knowledge and experience in Job Description, Job Appraisal,
Job Evaluation, Change Management and Project Management.
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs
and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering
training itself.
- Possess knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and
Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management & Leadership Development
as well as Employee Related Survey
- Well-versed with the recruitment and selection process, through interview,
psychological assessment, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring
managers throughout the organization, also discovering and utilizing
innovative recruitment and sourcing methods.
- Familiar with Ms. Office programs & other proficient related software.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal
supervision.

Design, Administration, Engineering or other related disciplines from
reputables university.
- Possess min. 3 years relevant experience, preferable in palm oil or rubber
plantation & CPO mill industry.
- Deep understanding & strong knowledges of office management matters, such
as stationery, expatriate regulations, company license, permit of machine,
equipment, security, cleaning service, driver, receptionist, messenger,
safety, electricity, building permits and envirotment also negotiating with
government agency.
- Has Wide Exposure in handling building's maintenance, vehicles,
controlling and monitoring facilities and insurance for company assets or
employee's.
Great knowledge & skill in company website design, monthly megazine, event
organizer, creative design, advertising, etc.
- Excellent skill in manage & control internal GA administration jobs, such
as ticketing & hotel reservation, site general cost, etc.
- Familiar with Ms. Office programs, Photoshop, Corel Draw & other
proficient related software.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal
supervision.
- Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality.
- Able to function effectively as an individual or team player,
self-motivated and well-organized person.
