Product Development

Responsibilities include:

1. Design, trial, and develop new products to expand company’s product range.

2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing products to increase products’ quality and performance.

3. Assist Marketing department in preparing samples for customer’s testing and approval.

4. Assist Quality department in troubleshooting technical issues in product’s quality.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, max 35 years old with min D3 Mechanical Engineering.

2. Prior experience in related job experience min 2 years.

3. Prior experience in rigid plastic packaging industry is preferred.

4. Ability to draw in CAD.

5. Possess mechanical engineering analytical skill, necessary in development and troubleshooting product’s technical issues

6. Ability to work systematically to deduce solutions from problems using available variables and data.

7. Min passive English.

8. Living in Surabaya or East Java

Candidates should possess excellent communication and leadership skill, self motivation, good teamwork, commitment to business ethics, ability to work under pressure, and passion to grow with the company.
