Legal Manager

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Having good knowledge in the area of shipping, transportation & logistic law will be advantage
* Experience in oil & gas will be a really good assets
* Familiar with corporate legal activities (conduct due diligence activities, corporate restructuring projects, review agreement)
* Excellent written and oral English skills required
* Computer literate
* Good personality, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, leadership skills
* Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions, excellent consulting, negotiation skills
