Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to handle and follow up the customer complaint
* Responsible to control the delivery schedule to customer
* Responsible to maintain the customer data base
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
