Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

    * Providing legal Due Diligence.
    * Analyzing/reviewing agreement/contract, drafting agreements/contract
    * Developing good relationship with Banks, Government Institution, notary etc
    * Providing legal opinion/advise/audit
    * Preparing letter of authority
    * Managing legal documents
    * Negotiation

Requirements:

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
    * At least 1 year(s) of working experience in notary is required for this position.
    * Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
    * Having experience in preparing General Meeting of Shareholder or EGMS (RUPS/RUPSLB), BOD/C Meeting
    * Having advocate license is an advantage
    * 1 Full-Time positions available.
