Requirements :

• Min. educational background is Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in� Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology.
• Min. 5-7 years experiences in the same position.
• Familiar with Indonesian Labour-Law and Regulation.
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent in leadership skill and good manpower management skills.
• Good team-work and able to be a role model (integrity).
• Fluent in English both oral or written.
