Customer Services Manager (Code: CSM)

The job of the position is mainly customer servicing and handling customer inquiries and to be based in Jakarta, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Prospective candidates should be INDONESIAN citizens and meet the minimum requirement as mentioned below:

Qualifications :

  • Should have at least Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Must have 2 – 3 years front-line working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Mature and must have strong leadership, able to manage operations and supervise subordinates as well as service partner staff effectively
  • Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
  • Must be well-versed and conversant in customer handling technique, traffic and cargo operations, procedures, general aviation knowledge, reservations as well as administrative capability
  • Must have a flair in handling passengers and must be ready to provide service to high value clients
  • Must be a team player and be able to contribute to the station without being supervised all the times
