Our Client, an agro-based company, in the business of rubber and oil palm plantation located in Indonesia is seeking for the following positions :

1. HR Manager (HRM) 
2. Internal Audit Manager (IAM)

Qualifications :

• Max. 38 years old
• Bachelor Degree from well known university
• Having minimum 5 years experience handling the same area
• Having good analytical thinking and adaptable to changes
• Experience of driving HR / Audit in plantation businesses preferred but not necessary
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Self-starter and proactive in driving results
• Strong communication, inter-personal and influencing skills
• Tenacious to get results with high degree of problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work independently and also as a team
• Able to communicate oral and written in English
• Traveling is required
