Training Officer (TO)

Responsibilities :

• Ensures on-going development of training materials to meet requirements for staff to fulfill their roles.
• Arranges, coordinates and conducts training sessions to staff in order to fulfill necessary roles within their branch.
• Maintains all training records and training equipments/ tools are complete and accessible.

Requirements :

• Minimum education is Advanced Diploma from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Officer.
• Must be competent in spoken and written English.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Discipline and self starter who is able to work both individually and in a team.
• Willing to travel to other parts of Indonesia for training purposes.
