RESIDENCE SERVICE

Tenant Relations Officer

• Having Min. D-3 (preferable in Hotel Management – Front Office)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Computer literate is a must
• Good command of speaking and written English
• Able to speak Japanese will be an additional value
• Service oriented, good communication skill, and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with team or/and independently

Receptionist

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Having min.1 year in similar position or fresh graduated
• Good sense of urgency, task accomplisher, able to work in shifts.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

General Cashier

• The candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in similar position
• S-1 degree majoring in Accounting
• Able to make Financial Report and  Cash Flow
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer literate is a must
• Good command of speaking and written English

ENGINEERING

Technician

• Able to communicate well, pleasant personality, friendly, great attitude and sociable (good with people)
• Enjoy routine in operation work and attention to detail
• Has experience in similar position is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure with flexible hour and variety of tasks simultaneously
• Strong technical ability background and experience.
