Our Client, Premier Oil – Indonesia Operation, an multinational Oil & Gas company located in Indonesia is seeking for the following position :

QA/QC Inspector (QA/QC-Insp)

Basic Purpose:

Responsible for providing technical support and participating in all QA/QC related issues in the onshore and offshore field by performing mechanical inspection and evaluation to ensure, static equipment as assigned, including pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchangers, boilers, coolers, tanks, LLE, valves and piping systems and others are in accordance to Government Regulation, Code/Standard and other recognized institutions. Implements and maintain computerized inspection management data base. Carries out as required non-destructive tests using the required instruments, tools and NDT equipment. 

Qualification and Experiences:

• Minimum diploma degree majoring in Mechanical
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the oil and gas or related industries 
• Have strong analytical skills and preparing reports valuable for maintenance and operation and have good understanding of predictive maintenance methods including NDT tools/methods and corrosion monitoring
• Familiar with the relevant API, ASME, AWS, NACE, BS, ASNT and other related standards
• Have good knowledge on welding, crane, painting, static equipment, structure inspection and NDT inspection 
• Strong computer literate and Fluent in English both writing and speaking
