PT GE Lighting Indonesia is seeking for qualified Corporate Legal with criteria as below:

Specific Duties & Responsibilities :

• Overlook all the local agreement : drafting & execute
• Conduct compliance training
• Taking care all the company licenses
• Preparing Annual General meeting, Director meeting, Dept Head meeting & Extra originally meeting
• In charge on Compliance and Legal issues
• Taking care of expart documentation
• Maintain & Renew internal policy
• Taking care the T&L process

Job Requirements :

• EDUCATION: Min of Bachelor degree of LAW from reputable local / overseas university
• PREFERENCE: Male, or female, maximum of 30 years old
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years experience Corporate Legal
• PREFERABLE: Having experience in the Law Firm min of 2 years
• LANGUAGE: Active and Passive English is a must
• LOCATION: Yogyakarta
