Recruitment Staff (RS)

Responsible for all recruitment process such as :

• Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
• Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database
• Conducting psychological test
• Interviewing qualified candidates
• Reporting to end - user regarding to recruitment process
• Setting interview schedule with end user
• Confirm to end for the new hire employee

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Pyschology preferably from State University / well known private university
• Having experience in recruitment field (less than 1 year) but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with psychological tools
• Good analytical and communication skill
• Having pleasant personality
• Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
• Creative, high initiative, and fast learner
• Familiar with computer (Windows and internet)
