Hickling Corporation is a public sector management consultant firm based in Jakarta and is currently undertaking the Governance Reform Support Project (GRS Project) funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) working in cooperation with Bappenas and other central and regional government agencies.

We are currently seeking for a candidate to fill the position of translator, who will provide high quality translation to support the project consultants with the following job description:

• Provide translation (Bahasa Indonesia to English or vice versa) and interpretation during meetings and interviews
• Maintain the library system
• Maintain Consultant CV Database
• Help edit reports for consultant
• Research support (search literature, analyze data & synthesize document report)

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 degree or S1 in English literature
• Proven and sound knowledge in Indonesia's policy development issues is an advantage
• Good translation skills in English - Indonesia and vice versa
• Speed typing
• Fast learner, good interpersonal relationship, organized
• Able to learn and master new technical terms within a fairly short time

Compensation will be provided based on the candidate's experience.
