Purchase Manager (PM) / Logistic Manager (LM)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic); PM : Exp. in source vendor and control or upgrade supplier or vendor; LM : Familiar with supply chain management; Must know documentation & procedure for import & export system; Strong knowledge of market & vendor selection.

Accounting & Finance Manager (ACC) / Assistant Manager (Legal & Taxation) (ALT)

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; ACC : Exp. in monthly & annual reporting balance sheet, working capital management, taxation, budgeting & costing; ALT : Exp. in monthly & annual tax report, company & employee tax calculation and planning, handling all legal matters & rules, dealing with tax auditors and tax assessment.

Supervisor (MIS)

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration/Management, finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; Exp. in monthly balance sheet and profit, general ledger Acc. on monthly basic, reconsiliation of various ledger accounts, costing and bill of material control.

Training Supervisor (TS)

Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial, Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent; Have knowledge about ISO TS 16949, TPS, 5S, KANBAN.

Member IT (IT)

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent; Exp. In Oracle 9i DBA, Oracle forms, oracle reports, linux, Networking Skills.

Mechanical Engineer Ass. Manager (MEA) / Mechanical Engineer (ME)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electronic; MEA : Exp. in both Auto Cad & Pro E, Design & development area; Knowledge of ISO, TS System shall be an added advantage; Knowledge of engineering plastic, ferrous & non ferrous materials; ME : Exp. In Auto cad, Microsoft Office, ISO TS 16949, Pro-Eng & design capability.

Production Engineer (PE)

Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial; Exp. in improvement efficiency Productivities & quality of product by designing and implementing new fixture to over all effective of process of manufacturing; Knowledge of TPM, TQM, TPS, Poka Yoke is must.

Plant Maintenance (PM)

Technical High School in Engineering Mechanical/Electronic; Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power point) Experience in maintaining Injection moulding M/C, Pneumatic, Hidraulic, Electricity Power, Milling M/C, PLC (Programmable logic controller), Generator and Compressor machine.

General Requirements:

• Age max 25th for PE, 30th for MIS, QS, TS, IT, MEA & PL and 35th for PM/LM, ACC/ALT, ME.
• Experience min. 3th year (s) for QS & PL, 4th year (s) for MEA, TS, PE, 5th year (s) for MIS & IT, 7th year for ALT, 8th year (s) for ME, & 10th year (s) for No. PM/LM, ACC
• Fluently in English oral & written.
• Preferably has experience specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• All position has Basic knowledge of 5S, TQM, Kaizen activities. Familiar with Japanese Manufacturing company management.
