THE COMMIS CHEF

The Commis Chef assists in the preparation and production of quality meals for guests. Working in a variety of kitchens, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, efficient, and hygeinic work section. Your creative flair and culinary passion will be highly regarded, with the opportunity to develop your skills and work with some of the best chefs in the industry, whilst experiencing the Seychelles most spectacular locations. Island life would be an advantage but not necessary.
