Due to our rapidly growth of our principle business in Indonesia, we would like to invite high motivated  and talented people to fill in the following vacant position:

SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATION (SEC)


Qualifications :

  • Minimal : D3 Degree, from an accredited University, major in Secretary.
  • Female, maximum 33 years old.
  • Having experience working in Oil & Gas business, minimal 3 (three) years (Obliged point).
  • Able to handle secretarial & administration duties including project analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, high initiative, and target oriented.
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal is a MUST).
  • Able to work independently or in team.
  • Willing to working beyond normal hours and willing to travel within Indonesia area.
