Food & Beverage Services Manager

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen, minimum 30 years old
• Graduated from Hotel Management School
• Formal qualification of 3 years in related field with current position at least Department Head or assistant department head position in Food & Beverage Services.
• A minimum of 2 year experience outside of Indonesia preferred
• Proven leadership, management of workforce and training skills
• Good English, both written and spoken and computer skills would be advantage
• Enthusiastic, creative, and innovative with good overall knowledge of kitchen, services and bar
• Budget and expenses control knowledge
