1. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Strong leadership skill and good motivation
• 2 years exp in similar position
• Computer Microsoft office skills
• Fluent English both spoken & written
• Dynamic & good team player
• Able to work hard

2. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent proven track record of achievements in sales and marketing will be the highest consideration
• Broad and sound current knowledge and skills of strategic and innovative marketing, public relations and salesmanship management
• Good leadership skills, which include being assertive, firm and fair
• Possess Good contacts with local and international travel agencies and market stake holders
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Mastery of other foreign languages will be a great advantage
• Must be computer literate such as able to operate Fidelio system and familiar with multimedia application and technologies
• High self drive and enthusiasm, achievement oriented, full of initiatives and innovative
• A graduate of hospitality sales and marketing management will be a plus point

3. SALES MANAGER

• Female / Male, max. 35 years
• Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position with the hotel industry
• Preferable taking care targets accounts
• Graduated from Tourism Academy / Hotel Management School
• Good command of English, both oral & written
• Expert in Computer Skill
• Good in administration: familiar in making reports and sales call plant
• Has long term vision about sales & marketing strategy
• Already taking care of some accounts e.g. corporate but preferable travel agents
• Good appearance, enthusiastic and nice personality

4. CHIEF ENGINEERING

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chief Engineer a five star property
• Sound and current knowledge and skills of maintenance and repairs of equipment of an over 5 years old at five star property, which include mechanical, electric, civil, plumbing, refrigeration and heating system, heavy plants and all other M&E related matters
• Strong leadership skills, firm and fair and able to manage staff
• Controlling skills on cost effective operations of engineering and maintenance, which include utilization of available manning, resources and parts
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Familiar with Fidelio system
• High self drive and enthusiasm, schedule and target achievement oriented personality
• A graduate of school of Engineering will be an advantage

5. RECEPTIONIST

• Male or Female with maximum age 25 years old
• Having 2 years working experience as the same position
• Familiar with Fidelio system is preferable
• Outgoing personality and good appearance
• Hospitality or Hotel schools background
• Fluent in English both oral & written
