The person must have a service & hospitality attitude, ability to handle pressures, strong leadership and an outstanding role play. He must have innovative ideas in sales & marketing. 3 years work experience in a similar capacity with a 4 star hotel is preferable. However, candidate seeking promotions are welcome.
