Cengkareng Golf Club is seeking for a young and dynamic candidate to join as :

Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet & welcome guests
• Answer guests inquiries, handle guest complaints, attend to the needs of the guest and follow up
• Ensure understanding on how to operate the computer system as well as the facsimile machine
• Promote and maintain good public relations
• Motivate and maintain good staff relations
• Etc.

General Requirements:

• Female, age between 20 – 26 years old
• English capability (writing and speaking) and computer literate
• Min. D1 graduate, majoring in Hospitality / Management / Communication (fresh graduated are welcome)
• Able to develop and maintain good relations with guests
• Pleasant personality, energetic and high motivated
