Basic requirements:

A) Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef

• Must have hospitality industry attitude as well as leadership skills
• Must have skills and knowledge both in kitchen operations and kitchen management
• Must have skills and knowledge in international cuisines (Asian=Indonesian,Chinese,Japanese) and Western
• Experiences in secondary cities is first priority
• Culinary School background is first priority
• Maximum age is 45 years old

B) Sales Manager

• Must have hospitality industry attitude
• Must have leadership skills
• Target and results oriented
• Experiences in secondary cities is first priority
• Hotel School background is first priority
• Maximum age is 35 years old
