B) Sales Manager
Basic requirements:
A) Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Must have hospitality industry attitude as well as leadership skills
- Must have skills and knowledge both in kitchen operations and kitchen
management
- Must have skills and knowledge in international cuisines
(Asian=Indonesian,Chinese,Japanese) and Western
- Experiences in secondary cities is first priority
- Culinary School background is first priority
- Maximum age is 45 years old
B) Sales Manager
- Must have hospitality industry attitude
- Must have leadership skills
- Target and results oriented
- Experiences in secondary cities is first priority
- Hotel School background is first priority
- Maximum age is 35 years old
